Download Photos from MLS

This step is only for listings where you do not have the photos. It enables you to get (download) them onto your computer from the MLS. If you have your photos already on your computer, please skip this step and go directly to step 6 where you will put (upload) your photos onto the AMS.

To download a photo onto your computer from the MLS:

1. Alt-Tab to the MLS page where you were copying your listing information.
2. Click on the thumbnail of the photo you want to get and it will show in larger format.
3. Right click over the larger format image (not over the thumbnail).
4. From the menu that appears, select "Save Picture As"
5. A dialog box will appear for you to choose a destination on your hard disk.
6. Suggestion: create a folder in My Pictures called "TREB" (The Real Estate Book) and save all MLS photos to that folder.
7. You should now have the photo on your hard disk.
